Sash Cabinet

We call attention to the age old technique of counter weighting window sashes by exposing the pulley, cord, weight and track in this bespoke Hutch. Solid oxidized walnut, leaded stained glass, Verdi Alpi marble, and solid cast brass hardware make this a luxurious and unique piece. As the user lifts the panel to expose shelving behind, the brass weights travel vertically in a channel carved out of the cabinets frame. Meticulous craftsmanship and the highest quality of materials applied to an ingenious design make for a piece of furniture sure to be a conversation starter in any room.  Shown as a hutch or bar cabinet with two sliding panel fronts and an exposed countertop for display or mixing drinks.
