Shepherd's Rocking Chair
Hinterland's re-imagined Shepherd's Chair is the culmination of years of design and prototyping. Inspired by the close relationship between a traditional herders tools, animals and the land. The curve of the staff. The softness of the sheepskin. And the wood of the forest. This version is made of solid bent Canadian white ash which has been whitewashed and upholstered with a natural sheepskin sling seat and backrest. The three perfect arcs of the rounded wood frame hold the leather in place and create an elegant chair to recline in.
